   Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
   Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days begin processing the same day.
   Orders placed after cut off, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.
   Processing time does not include transit time.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time
   After dispatch, delivery within Canada typically takes 9–15 business days.
   Total estimated delivery time is 10–18 business days.
   Maximum estimated delivery time is 18 business days.
   Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak seasons.

3. Shipping Regions
   We currently ship to customers within Canada only.

4. Shipping Costs
   Shipping within Canada is free of charge unless otherwise stated at checkout.

   Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
   Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to activate.
